• Last collection 5.45pm
• Children will be taken directly from their class to After school club.

Snack Options

We offer a variety of cold snack options, which vary daily and are served between 4.15pm and 5.45pm. 

Activities

We have a good selection of games and activities which include arts & crafts, board games, books, imaginative play, construction, and many more.  Alternating daily activities are also planned and these include movie time, disco time and many more. The club has access to a large outside area, where children can play, hide & seek, skip, hula hoop, etc.

Booking and Availability

Space is limited to 24 children per day.

Booking your child’s place is simple:

• If you want to have set days each week, please complete a permanent place agreement for your child on receipt of the form the school will set up the permanent booking on MCAS.  By signing the agreement, you agree to make regular payments via MCAS. If this is not maintained, your child’s place may be withdrawn.  The school requires 24-hour notice to amend a permanent place to avoid the parent being charged.
• If you want to use after-school club on an ad hoc basis, in your MCAS app, simply go to after-school club and select your preferred days. This will then be sent to the school admin team for approval. You are required to book your child’s place 24 hours before it is required.
• If you need to book at short notice, please contact the school office who will advise you of the availability that day.

All bookings should be made or cancelled, giving a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cost

• 3.15pm -4.15pm - £6 per Child – No Snack
• 3.10pm – 5.45pm -£10.00 per child – Cold Snack available
• Late collection Charge £5 per 5 minutes late collecting.

All payments are made through the MCAS app. Accounts must always be kept in credit and balances settled weekly. Unfortunately, we will be unable to book a space in an after-school club if you have a negative balance.

If you are paying with childcare vouchers, this needs to be arranged with the office team in advance.

We do offer a small reduction for Siblings and Children in Receipt of Pupil Premium – Please speak to the office for more details.
